15th Annual Patriot Place Irish Festival
For the 15th year, Patriot Place invites you to grab your green and celebrate the joys of Irish culture, as Irish Festival returns on Saturday, March 21 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. This popular, family-friendly event is a staple of St. Patrick’s celebrations and is free and open to the public.
The festivities get underway with a special Irish breakfast beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Twenty8 Food and Spirits (located within the Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel), complete with a live harpist. The celebration will also include Irish step dancing, as well as live performances by popular Irish musicians including Devri, Jenny’s Chickens, the Fenian Sons, and many more. The Irish Festival will also feature themed activities, face painting, photo opportunities and more. Adding to the fun, the Irish Vendor Village returns with a collection of authentic Irish merchants with apparel, gifts and other specialty items available for purchase.
This year’s festivities will feature all the hallmarks that make Irish Festival unforgettable: Irish step dancing, incredible live music, family-friendly themed activities, traditional Irish merchandise and more.
The Patriot Place North Marketplace will be transformed, featuring a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and performances throughout the day. Six String Grill & Stage, the Harp and Splitsville Luxury Lanes will all play host to live musical performances during Irish Festival that will continue into the evening, while the Dean College Stage will host captivating Irish step dancing performances from talented local groups that that are a signature part of Irish Festival. Adding to the festivities will be the Old Colony Highland Pipe Band and Kilted Colin performing throughout Patriot Place, an assortment of authentic Irish vendors, a variety of family-friendly activities and more.
