Meet the Author: Jon Klassen

Jon Klassen, Caldecott medalist and #1 New York Times author and illustrator, joins us to read and sign his newest creation, THE SKULL, a creepy tale of things that go bump in the night, with a warm note of friendship at its heart. Inspired by a Tyrolean folktale, Jon Klassen combines his talent for deadpan humor with spine-chilling suspense in this story of a little runaway girl named Otilla. ABOUT JON KLASSEN:
Jon Klassen is the creator of the #1 New York Times best-selling I Want My Hat Back, which won a Theodor Seuss Geisel Honor, and its companions: This Is Not My Hat, which won a Caldecott Medal and a Kate Greenaway Medal, and We Found a Hat, named a Publishers Weekly Best Children’s Book of the Year.
